Avinash Bhar is an employee of a private organisation. But it has become a regular matter that Avinash arrives at office almost one hour delay. But it never matters on Avinash because everybody has got habituated with this schedule and nobody ever bothers to ask him any question about it. Avinash therefore without any hesitation reaches office, signs his attendance copy and starts working.

One day the director has paid a surprise visit in order to conduct an overall supervision of the entire office. As usual everybody was present in office by that time except Avinash. Director has sought an account from the immediate boss of Avinash about it. But he couldn’t give any account on the matter. He only said that Avinash never attends his office on time but always attends office one hour late. Naturally the director charged a notice against Avinash..if Avinash ever attends late farther he would be sacked from job.

Immediate after Avinash reaches office his immediate boss informed him of this notice. Henceforth Avinash became alert and careful about his attendance.

Next day Avinash was getting ready hurriedly for office but just before leaving home his five years old son showed him a parent’s call letter referring parents…teachers meeting dated right on that day. Avinash tried to evade that meeting but the kid in no way spared his father.

Avinash was going to put on shoes but ironically his wife requested him to help her in replacing the new cooking gas cylinder to the gas oven for the old one got emptied. Avinash then helplessly accepted wife’s compel. But Avinash still was yet to get respite because his wife requested him to book order for another gas cylinder.

Avinash then attends parents teacher’s meeting of his son’s school and then went to cooking gas dealer’s office. After it when he caught his office bound bus to head for there it was more than two hours late. Moreover, it got trapped in a traffic jam.

It was sweltering hot in the bus when Avinash was standing in it to wait. Suddenly Avinash could find the director of their office just restlessly sitting on his seat. When Avinash came near the director and wished him he started regretting,” It has become a regular problem to be detained in traffic jam while commuting.”Avinash complied with his comments.

Thus when the boss and sub ordinate reached office the time was half past twelve am. Poor Avinash asked then director,” Sir, what’s about my job?” Then director answered,” You carry on your work. No fault is going to you.”
